Abstract

이 발명은 차량의 승객을 안전하게 보호하기 위한 좌석벨트에 있어 상기 좌석벨트의 인출점의 위치를 조정하기 위해 높이를 조절하여 주므로서 보다 안전도를 향상시킬 수 있도록 하려는 것으로서, 차체에 설치되는 프레임(10)의 T홈(12) 사이에 슬라이더(50)가 슬라이드될 수 있도록 설치되는 한편 상기 슬라이더(50)의 양측면에 리브(53)가 형성되고 상기 리브(53)의 내측으로 돌출된 보스(54)는 스프링(55)이 설치됨과 동시에 레바(60)의 힌지축으로 작동하며 상기 레바(60)의 일단에는 로크핀(57)이 설치되고 타단은 슬라이드버튼(58)의 하면에 설치되도록 한 것으로서, 탑승자가 자신이 원하는 소정위치로 슬라이더(50)를 옮긴후 슬라이더 버튼(58)을 누르고 있던 힘을 제거하면 레바(60)의 단부측을 눌러주는 스프링(55)의 탄력에 의하여 레바(60)가 원위치되면서 로크핀(57)을 하축으로 밀어내리게 되어 로크핀(57)을 프레임(10)의 구멍(15)에 끼울 수 있게된 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 차체에 설치되는 좌석벨트의 인출점의 위치를 조정하여 좌석벨트의 길이를 조절하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 차체에 설치되는 프레임(10)의 T홈(12) 사이에 슬라이더(50)가 슬라이드 될 수 있도록 설치되며 상기 슬라이더(50)의 양측면에 리브(53)가 형성되고 상기 리브(53)의 내측으로 돌출된 보스(54)는 슬프링(55)이 설치됨과 동시에 레바(60)의 힌지측으로 작동하며 상기 레바(60)의 일단에는 로크핀(57)이 설피되고 타단은 슬라이드 버튼(58)의 하면에 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 좌석벨트 높이 조절장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 스피링(55)의 탄력은 레바(60)을 눌러주는 방향으로 동작함을 특징으로 하는 좌석벨트 높이 조절장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 레바(60) 작동의 중심점인 보스(54)의 높이가 로크핀(57)의 상.하 운동의 중심선에 오도록 설치하면 로크핀(57)의 기울어짐이 최소가 되어 로크핀(57) 가이드, 프레임의 구멍(15)간의 마찰을 줄일 수 있도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 안전벨트 높이 조절장치.
