Abstract
본 발명은 용접방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 원유저장용 대형탱크를 만들기 위한 탱크 벽면쉘의 용접방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것이다. 종래에는 원유저장용 대형탱크 제작시 대부분의 용접공정을 수동용접에 의존하였다. 본 발명에서는 수평용접은 탱크의 안쪽과 바깥쪽에서 동시에 수행하고, 수직용접은 코퍼 바를 이용하여 한쪽면에서 용접작업을 완료하도록 되어 있다. 본 발명의 용접방법 및 그 장치를 이용하면 용접품질향상, 생산능률향상에 따른 공사기간단축 등의 효과를 얻을 수 있다. 본 발명은 원유저장용 대형탱크의 제작에 적용된다.The present invention relates to a welding method and apparatus, and more particularly, to a welding method and apparatus for a tank wall shell for making a large tank for storing crude oil. In the present invention, horizontal welding is performed simultaneously on the inside and outside of the tank, and vertical welding is completed on one side by using a copper bar. By using the welding method and apparatus of the present invention, it is possible to obtain effects such as improvement of welding quality, shortening of construction time due to improvement of production efficiency, and the like. The present invention is applied to the fabrication of large tanks for crude oil storage.
