Abstract

본 발명은 절삭공구(1) 특히 절입공구에 관하여 기술한 것으로서 한 개 또는 여러개의 교체가능한 절인요소(2)로 되어 있다. 절인요소(2)는 좌면-및/또는 크램핑면(3)상에 철부(돌기형) 요소(4)를 가진다. 절인요소(2)의 크램핑한 결과 이러한 요소(2)에 의하여 공구홀더(1) 접촉면며(5)의 소성변형이 일어난다. 이와같은 방법으로 절인요소(2)는 좌로부터 측방압력하중과 인장하중에 대하여 더불어 안정하다.

제1도는 사시도의 절삭공구형의 발명에 따른 절삭공구이며, 제2도는 제1도에 의한 절삭공구의 절인요소 평면도이며, 제3도는 제2도에 의한 절인요소의 측면도이며, 제4도는 제2도 및 제3도에 의한 절인요소의 전면도이며, 제5도는 제1도에 의한 절삭공구의 공구홀더와 절인요소간 접촉면의 측면 확대 단면도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 공구홀더에 고정이 되고 좌면-및/또는 크램핑면(3)상에서 일정한 형태로 정확히 자리잡은 요소를 가진 한 개 또는 다수의 교체가능한 절인요소(2)를 가진 절삭공구에 있어서, 이러한 요소들(4)은 철부로 형성되어 있으며 절인요소(2)를 고정시켜주기 위하여 각각의 크램핑구에 작용하는 면압에 의하여 공구홀더(1)접촉면의 소성변형이 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭공구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 요소들은 정각이 60°내지 90°사이에 있는 모서리가 날카로운 지붕형 돌기인 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭공구.
  3. 제2항에 따르는 절삭공구의 절인요소에 있어서, V-형의 좌면-및/또는 크램핑면을 가진 절삭요소인 것을 특징으로 하는 절인요소.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 좌면-및/또는 크램핑은 서로 평행하고 절인요소의 길이방향축에 대하여 수직으로 배치되어 있는 다수의 돌기로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 절인요소.
