Abstract

본 발명은 밸브 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 자동차용 티타늄 배기 밸브의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 목적은 티타늄 배기 밸브의 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있는 제조방법을 제공함에 있다.
본 발명은 티타늄 배기 밸브 제조 시 1000℃~1200℃ 온도 구간에서 단조를 실시하고 ε/s값을 0.5/s~5/s로 유지하며, 풀림 시 1030℃~1050℃의 온도 구간을 유지하면서 1시간을 유지 후 0.6~0.7℃/s의 속도로 제어 냉각하고, 600℃~700℃ 구간에서 2시간 가열한 후 공냉하여 뜨임 처리한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 티타늄 배기 밸브 제조 시 1000℃~1200℃온도 구간에서 단조를 실시하고 ε/s값을 0.5/s~5/s로 유지하며, 풀림 시 1030℃~1050℃의 온도 구간을 유지하면서 1시간을 유지 후 0.6~0.7℃/s의 속도로 제어 냉각하고, 600℃~700℃구간에서 2시간 가열한 후 공냉하여 뜨임 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 티타뉴 배기 밸브 제조방법.
