Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE ARTIGOS LAMINARES TRATáVEIS A QUENTE"<D>. Trata-se de um processo para o tratamento a quente de um artigo laminar produzido de uma liga de alumínio da série 6000 para se alcançar uma boa "resposta pintura - cozimento" que não seja substancialmente afetada pelo envelhecimento natural. O processo compreende o aquecimento do artigo de liga laminar a uma temperatura de solubilização seguido por resfriamento do artigo de liga laminar. O resfriamento envolve as seguintes etapas: (1) resfriar a partir da referida temperatura de solubilização a uma temperatura na faixa de 150°C a 250°C em um coeficiente superior ou igual a cerca de 4°C por segundo; (2) resfriar adicionalmente a liga a uma temperatura na faixa de ambiente a 100°C a um coeficiente na faixa de 20°C a 30°C (de forma preferida cerca de 25°C) por minuto; e (3) resfriar adicionalmente o artigo de liga laminar dotado de uma temperatura de 55°C ou mais após a etapa (2) para temperatura ambiente a um coeficiente inferior a 2°C por hora. Artigos de liga laminares adequados para uso na fabricação de partes de revestimento de automóveis podem ser produzidos desta forma.
