Abstract

케이블 관리 장치는 통신 조립체에 대한 연결용 한쌍의 아암들을 갖는 트레이와 호형 가이드 벽들에 의해서 한정된 다수의 케이블 채널들을 갖는 본체를 포함한다. 채널들은 비교적 좁은 출구 및 비교적 넓은 입구를 갖고 벽들의 곡률은 설정된 최대 케이블 굽힘 반경을 초과하지 않도록 선택된다. 부가하는 가이드들은 채널 입구에 배열되어 인접하는 채널 측벽의 연장부로서 작용한다.

Claims (20)

  1. 각각 케이블이 연결된 다수의 통신 커넥터를 구비한 통신 조립체용 케이블 관리 장치에 있어서, 케이블 트레이와, 트레이 상에 다수의 가이드 벽을 갖고, 각각의 가이드 벽은 비교적 넓은 케이블용 유입구와 비교적 좁은 케이블용 출구를 갖는 가이드 채널을 상기 통신 조립체에 형성하고, 각각의 가이드 벽은 호형이고 설정된 허용 굽힘 반경 이상의 곡률 반경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 관리 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 강드 벽은 설정된 허용 굽힘 반경 이상의 곡률 반경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 관리 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 다른 케이블 가이드는 각각의 사익 채널의 비교적 넓은 입구 내에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 관리 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 다른 케이블 가이드는 호형이고 인접하는 채널의 측벽의 곡률의 연장부로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 관리 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 측벽의 곡률은 최대 케이블 직경의 4배 이상이 되도록 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 관리 장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 케이블 묶음을 수용하기 위하여 배열된 트레이 내에 다수의 구멍을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 관리 장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 케이블 묶음은 후크 및 루프 체결구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 관리 장치.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 구멍들은 평행한 두줄로 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 관리 장치.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 트레이는 통신 조립체에 트레이를 장착시키기 위한 한 쌍의 장착 아암을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 관리 장치.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 가이드 벽은 하나의 한상의 가이드 벽이고, 상기 가이드 채널은 가이드 벽들 사이에 한정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 관리 장치.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 쌍의 가이드 벽의 두개 벽은 호형이고 설정된 허용 굽힘 반경 이상의 곡률 반경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 관리 장치.
  12. 제4항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 다른 케이블 가이드는 동일하지만 대향되는 곡률을 갖는 두개의 호형부로 구성되어서 하나의 호형부는 하나의 인접하는 채널 측벽의 연장부로서 형성되고 다른 하나의 호형부는 다른 인접하는 채널 측벽의 연장부로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 관리 장치.
  13. 각각 케이블이 연결된 다수의 통신 커넥터를 갖는 통신 조립체용 케이블 관리 장치에 있어서, 케이블 트레이와, 가이드 채널을 각각 한정하고 호형부 및 설정된 허용 굽힘 반경 이상의 곡률 반경을 각각 갖는 트레이 상의 다수의 가이드 벽을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 관리 장치.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 가이드 벽들은 병렬로 배열되어서 일렬의 가이드 채널을 형성하고, 다른 가이드 채널에 관련된 다른 케이블 가이드를 더 포함하고, 개별적인 가이드 채널용 다른 케이블 가이드는 인접하는 가이드 채널의 유입구에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 관리 장치.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 각각의 가이드 벽은 한쌍의 가이드 벽이고, 가이드 채널은 가이드 벽들의 쌍들 사이에 한정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 관리 장치.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 쌍의 가이드 벽의 각각의 벽은 설정된 굽힘 반경 이상의 곡률을 갖고, 각각의 가이드 채널은 한쌍의 가이드 벽으로 구성되고 비교적 넓은 입구와 비교적 좁은 출구를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 관리 장치.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 쌍의 가이드 벽은 호형이고 설정된 허용 굽힘 반경 이상의 곡률을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 관리 장치.
  18. 각각 케이블이 연결된 다수의 통신 커넥터를 구비한 통신 조립체용 케이블 관리 장치에 있어서, 케이블 트레이와, 트레이 상에 다수의 쌍의 가이드 벽을 갖고, 각각의 쌍의 가이드 벽은 비교적 넓은 케이블용 입구와 비교적 좁은 케이블용 출구를 갖는 가이드 채널을 상기 통신 조립체에 한정하고, 각각의 쌍의 적어도 하나의 가이드 벽은 호형이고 설정된 허용 굽힘 반경 이상의 곡률 반경을 갖으며, 채널 각각은 입구 및 출구를 갖고 직선으로 배열되어서, 각각의 가이드 채널은 적어도 하나의 인접 가이드 채널을 갖고, 다수의 다른 케이블 가이드는 가이드 채널 입구에 배열되고, 각각의 가이드 채널은 인접 가이드 채널 쪽 입구에 별도의 케이블 가이드를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 관리 장치.
  19. 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 호형 가이드 벽은 설정 허용 굽힘 반경 이상의 곡률 반경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 관리 장치.
  20. 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 가이드 채널은 동일하고 대향되는 곡률을 갖는 한상의 호형 가이드 벽에 의해서 한정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 관리 장치.
