Abstract

본 발명은 피복전선의 납땜작업을 용이하게 할 수 있어서, 작업효율을 향상시킬 수 있는 전선접속단자를 제공하는 것이 목적이다. 피복전선(1) 주위의 피복부재(3)가 박리되어 노출된 전선(2)의 선단부(2a)를 삽입시키는 전선 삽입공(14)을 갖춤과 아울러 그 전선(2)의 선단부(2a)를 상기 전선 삽입공(14) 가장자리에 납땜하는 전선접속단자(12)이다.
전선 삽입공(14) 가장자리에는 일부를 상기 피복부재(3)의 잔류부분 방향으로 세워 형성함으로써 선단(16)을 피복부재(3)의 잔류부분 단면(3a)에 닿게하는 돌기부(15)가 형성되어 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 피복전선 주위에 피복부재가 박리되어 노출된 전선의 선단부를 삽입시키는 전선삽입공을 갖춤과 아울러 그 전선의 선단부를 상기 전선삽입공 가장자리에 납땜하는 전선접속단자로서, 상기 전선삽입공 가장자리에는 일부를 상기 피복부재의 잔류부분 방향으로 세워 형성함으로써 선단을 상기 피복부재의 잔류부분 단면에 닿게 하는 돌기부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전선접속단자.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 돌기부는 전선삽입공 가장자리와 일체로 형성된 판편(板片)을 굽혀 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전선접속단자.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전선삽입공은 베이스 부재에 고정됨과 아울러 상기 돌기부는 그 베이스 부재측의 상기 전선삽입공 가장자리에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전선접속단자.
