Abstract
본 발명은 가솔린 엔진의 흡기장치, 특히 급가속시에 작동되는 보조흡기장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 대용량의 배기가스 재순환 밸브를 통하지 않고 엔진의 급가속에 따른 펌프손실을 충분히 보상하면서 엔진출력을 증대시킬 수 있도록 하기 위하여, 흡기 매니폴드의 각 분지관에 역류방지 체크 밸브가 설치된 보조 흡기통로를 개설하고, 흡기통로의 입구에는 공기의 추가공급이 가능한 보조 에어 크리너를 설치하며, 보조 에어 크리너의 출구측 보조 흡기통로에는 써지 탱크의 부압에 따라 보조 흡기통로를 개방시킬 수 있는 에어 밸브를 설치하고, 에어 밸브와 탱크 간의 바이패스통로에는 전자제어유니트의 급가속 판정조건에서 바이패스통로를 개방시킬 수 있는 솔레노이드 밸브를 설치한 것이다.

Claims (1)
- 흡기 매니폴드의 각 분지관에 역류방지 체크 밸브가 설치된 보조 흡기통로를 개설하고, 흡기통로의 입구에는 공기의 추가공급이 가능한 보조 에어 크리너를 설치하며, 보조 에어 크리너의 출구측 보조 흡기통로에는 써지 탱크의 부압에 따라 보조 흡기통로를 개방시킬 수 있는 에어 밸브를 설치하고, 에어 밸브와 써지 탱크간의 바이패스통로에는 전자제어유니트의 급가속 판정조건에서 바이패스통로를 개방시킬 수 있는 솔레노이드 밸브를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 보조흡기장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
