인터로이킨-1β변환요소와 면역담당 세포에서 인터페론-γ생성을 유도하는 폴리펩티드의 선구물을 접촉시켜 상기 선구물을 활성의 상기 폴리펩티드로 변환하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 면역담당 세포에서 인터페론-γ생성을 유도하는 폴리펩티드 선구물의 변환방법.

Claims (10)

  1. 인터로이킨-1β변환효소를 면역담당 세포에서 인터페론-γ생성을 유도하는 폴리펩티드의 선구물과 접촉시켜 상기 선구물을 활성 폴리펩티드로 변환하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 면역담당 세포에서 인터페론-γ생성을 유도하는 활성 폴리펩티드의 제조방법.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 선구물은 N 말단 영역에서 서열번호(SEQ ID NO:)1의 아미노산 서열의 일부 또는 전부를 포함하고, 상기 인터로이킨-1β변환효소는 서열번호(SEQ ID NO:)1의 아미노산 서열에서의 아스파르트산 36과 티로신 37사이의 결합을 절단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법:

  3. 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 선구물은 서열번호(SEQ ID NO:)2(여기서 부호 “Xaa”는 아미노산으로서 “이소로이신” 또는 “트레오닌”임)의 아미노산 서열을 가지는 제조방법:

  4. 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 활성 폴리펩티드는 N말단 영역에서 서열번호(SEQ ID NO:)3의 아미노산 서열을 가지는 제조방법:

  6. 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 선구물을 등몰량 또는 그 이하의 양의 상기 인터로이킨-1β변환효소와 4∼40℃의 온도에서 접촉시키는 제조방법.
  7. 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 선구물을 등몰량 또는 그 이하의 양의 상기 인터로이킨-1β변환효소와 6∼9의 pH에서 접촉시키는 제조방법.
  8. 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 인터로이킨 -1β변환효소를 환원제 존재하에서 상기 선구물에 작용시키는 제조 방법.
  9. 청구항 8에 있어서, 상기 환원제는 2-메르캅토에탄올, 디티오드레이톨 및 환원 글루타티온으로 된 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 제조방법.
  10. 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 활성 폴리펩티드를 염석, 투석, 여과, 농축,분별 침전, 이온교환 크로마토그래피, 겔 여과 크로마토그래피, 흡착 크로마토그래피, 등전 크로마토그래피, 소수 크로마토그래피, 역상 크로마토그래피, 친화성 크로마토그래피, 겔 전기영동 및 등전점 분획으로 된 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 기술에 의해 채취하는 제조방법.
