Abstract

3 내지 10㎜의 개수평균입경 및 195 내지 290L/g의 BET 표면적을 갖는 미분 소수성 실리카 분말이 5 내지 20㎛의 용적평균입경을 갖는 열경화성 수지조성물 입자와 중량기준으로 100부의 수지입자당 0.05 내지 2.0부의 비율로 건식혼합된다. 그렇게 가공된 분말피복조성물의 체질효율성은 현저히 개선된다.

Claims (7)

  1. 5 내지 20㎛의 용적평균입경을 갖는 열경화성 수지 조성물의 입자와 상기 수지 입자의 100중량부당 0.05 내지 2.0중량부의 3 내지 10nm의 개수평균입경 및 195 내지 290L/g의 BET 표면적을 갖는 미분 소수성 실리카 분말로 이루어지고, 상기 실리카 분말이 상기 수지 입자와 건식혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말 피복 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실리카 분말은 실란커플링제로 표면처리되어 표면상에 존재하는 실란올기의 적어도 일부를 소수성기로 차단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말 피복 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 BET 표면적은 230 내지 290L/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 분말 피복 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열경화성 수지는 아크릴, 폴리에스테르 또는 에폭시결합수지와 그것의 경화제로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말 피복 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴 결합수지는 30 내지 55℃의 Tg와 1,000 내지 4,000의 개수평균분자량을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말 피복 조성물.
  6. 분말피복기술에 사용되는 5 내지 20㎛의 용적평균입경을 갖는 열경화성 수지 조성물의 입자의 체질성을 개선하는 방법에 있어서, 0.05 내지 2.0중량부의 3 내지 10nm의 개수평균입경 및 195 내지 290L/g의 BET 표면적을 갖는 미분 소수성 실리카 분말이 100중량부의 상기 열경화성 수지 입자와 건식혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 실리카 분말은 실란커플링제로 표면처리되어 표면상에 존재하는 실란올기의 적어도 일부를 소수성기로 차단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
