Abstract

담체를 오가노알루미늄옥시 화합물과 접촉시킨 다음 친전자성 그룹을 보유하는 화합물과 접촉시켜 수득한 알루미늄 화합물 함유 고체 촉매 성분, 알루미늄 화합물 함유 고체 촉매 성분을 전이 금속 화합물과 접촉시켜 수득한 전이 금속 함유 고체 촉매 성분, 알루미늄 화합물 함유 고체 촉매 성분과 오가노알루미늄 화합물을 포함하는 올레핀 중합용 촉매 및 올레핀 중합용 촉매를 사용하여 올레핀을 중합시키거나 공중합시킴을 포함하는 올레핀 중합체의 제조방법.

Claims (19)

  1. 담체를 오가노알루미늄옥시 화합물과 접촉시킨 다음 친전자성 그룹을 보유하는화합물과 접촉시켜 수득한 알루미늄 화합물 함유 고체 촉매 성분.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 친전자성 그룹을 보유하는 화합물이 또한 극성 작용성 그룹을 보유하는 알루미늄 화합물함유 고체 촉배 성분.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 친전자자성 그룹을 보유하는 화합물이 할로겐화 페놀인 알루미늄 화합물 함유 고체 촉매 성분.
  4. 제1항에 따르는 알루미늄 화합물 함유 고체 촉매 성분을 전이 금속 화합물과 접촉시켜 수득한 전이 금속 함유 고체 촉매 성분.
  5. 제2항에 따르는 알루미늄 화합물 함유 고체 촉매 성분을 전이 금속 화합물과 접촉시켜 수득한 전이 금속 함유 고체 촉매 성분.
  6. 제3항에 따르는 알루미늄 화합물 함유 고체 촉매 성분을 전이 금속 화합물과 접촉시켜 수득한 전이 금속 함유 고체 촉매 성분.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 전이 금속 화합물이 메탈로센 전이 금속 화합물인 전이 금속 함유 고체 촉매 성분.
  8. 제1항에 따르는 알루미늄 화합물 함유 고체 촉매 성분, 전이 금속 화합물 및 오가노알루미늄 화합물을 포함하는 올레핀 중합용 촉매.
  9. 제2항에 따르는 알루미늄 화합물 함유 고체 촉매 성분, 전이 금속 화합물 및 오가노알루미늄 화합물을 포함하는 올레핀 중합용 촉매.
  10. 제3항에 따르는 알루미늄 화합물 함유 고체 촉매 성분, 전이 금속 화합물 및 오가노알루미늄 화합물을 포함하는 올레핀 중합용 촉매.
  11. 제4항에 따르는 전이 금속 함유 고체 촉매 성분 및 오가노알루미늄 화합물을 포함하는 올레핀 중합용 촉매.
  12. 제5항에 따르는 전이 금속 함유 고체 촉매 성분 및 오가노알루미늄 화합물을 포함하는 올레핀 중합용 촉매.
  13. 제6항에 따르는 전이 금속 함유 고체 촉매 성분 및 오가노알루미늄 화합물을 포함하는 올레핀 중합용 촉매.
  14. 제7항에 따르는 올레핀 중합용 촉매를 사용하여 올레핀을 중합시킴을 포함하여, 올레핀 중합체를 제조하는 방법.
  15. 제8항에 따르는 올레핀 중합용 촉매를 사용하여 올레핀을 중합시킴을 포함하여, 올레핀 중합체를 제조하는 방법.
  16. 제9항에 따르는 올레핀 중합용 촉매를 사용하여 올레핀을 중합시킴을 포함하여, 올레핀 중합체를 제조하는 방법.
  17. 제14항에 있어서, 올페핀 중합체가 에틸렌/α-올레핀 공중합체인 방법.
  18. 제15항에 있어서, 올페핀 중합체가 에틸렌/α-올레핀 공중합체인 방법.
