Abstract

본 발명은 빠찡코기에 있어서의 기판수납박스의 봉인구조에 관한 것으로서, 유기동작을 제어하는 회로기판을 고정하기 위한 고정측 케이스와, 이 고정측 케이스와 정합하는 피복측 케이스에 의해, 이들 양 케이스의 내부에 상기 회로기반을 봉인하여 수납시키기 위한 구조로서, 상기 회로기판이 수납되는 공간내에서 상기 피복 측 케이스 또는 상기 고정측 케이스 사이에 수지부재를 걸침과 동시에, 그 단부를 상기 양 케이스중 적어도 한쪽에 형성된 개구부로부터 꺼내고, 단부를 가열밀봉함으로써 양 케이스의 봉인이 이루어지고 있음을 특징으로 하는 빠찡코기에 있어서의 기판수납박스의 봉인구조이다.

제1도는 본 실시형태의 전체를 나타낸 사시도이다, 제2도는 고정측 케이스를 나타낸 사시도이다, 제3도는 피복측 케이스와 폐쇄판을 나타낸 분해사시도이다, 제4도는 피복측 케이스를 뒤집어서 나타낸 사시도이다, 제5도는 피복측 케이스에 폐쇄판을 장착한 상태를 나타낸 단면도이다. 제6도는 고정측 케이스의 걸림구멍에 피복측 케이스의 걸립편을 계합시킨 상태를 나타낸 단면도이다, 제7도는 회로기판을 수납한 상태를 나타낸 단면도이다, 제8도는 회로기판을 수납한 상태를 나타낸 사시도이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 유기동작을 제어하는 회로기판을 고정하기 위한 고정측 케이스와, 이 고정측 케이스와 정합하는 피복측 케이스에 의해, 이들 양 케이스의 내부에 상기 회로기판을 봉인하여 수납시키기 위한 구조로서, 상기 회로기판이 수납되는 공간내에서 상기 피복측 케이스 또는 상기 고정측 케이스 사이에 수지부재를 걸침과 동시에, 그 단부를 상기 양 케이스중 적어도 한쪽에 형성된 개구부로부터 꺼내고, 단부를 가열밀봉함으로써 양 케이스의 봉인이 이루어지고 있음을 특징으로 하는 빠찡코기에 있어서의 기판수납박스의 봉인구조.
