Abstract

전기 커넥터(1)는 대향하는 대응 커넥터와 결합하기 위한 개선된 로킹 특성을갖는다. 이 커넥터는 대응커넥터를 수납하는 결합 공간을 한정하는 일련의 벽(6,21,2c)들을 갖는 절연성 하우징을 구비한다. 단자(4,4’)들은 대응 커넥터와상호 연결하기 위해서 결합 공간 내에 배열된다. 측벽(6)들은 두개의 별개의 내벽부(6a) 및 외벽부(6b)를 갖는데, 내벽부(6a)는 가요성이 있으며 대응 커넥터와 결합하기 위한 결합면을 포함한다.

Claims (16)

  1. 결합 요소 수납 공간을 하우징 내에 부분적으로 한정하는 적어도 두개의 이격 분리되어 있는 측벽을 갖는 절연성 커넥터 하우징 및 이 요소 수납 공간 내에 배치된 전기적으로 전도성인 복수개의 단자들을 포함하는 전기 커넥터에 있어서, 각각의 측벽은 별개의 이격 분리된 내벽부 및 외벽부들을 가지며, 내벽부는 가요성이 있고 대응 결합 요소를 결합하여 래치 고정하기 위한 결합 렛지를 포함하며, 외벽부는 상기 커넥터 하우징에 대한 구조적 지지를 제공하는 것을 특징으로하는 전기 커넥터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내벽부 및 외벽부는 별개로 된 선단 모서리를 가지며, 상기 내벽부는 선단 모서리는 상기 외벽부의 선단 모서리를 지나서 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 내벽부는 내부에 개구를 포함하고, 상기 결합 렛지는 상기 개구의 일부인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 커넥터 하우징은 상기 요소 수납 공간의 기저부를 한정하는 기저부 벽을 포함하고, 이 기저부 벽은 상기 측벽들을 서로 접속하며, 상기 결합 개구들은 상기 측벽의 내벽부에서 상기 기저부 벽을 지나 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 단자들은 장착부를 포함하고, 상기 장착부는 상기 기저부 벽에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전도성 단자의 상기 요소 수납 공간에 배치된 접촉부들과 상기 커넥터 하우징에서 연장된 납땜 미부들을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 단자의 납땜 미부 및 접촉부들은 일반적으로 서로에 대해서 평행하게 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 커넥터 하우징은 상기 외벽부에서 상기 측벽들을 서로 연결하는 대향하는 이격 분리된 벽들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내벽부 및 상기 외벽부 쌍의 각각은 상기 하우징의 길이 방향 축을 따라서 이격되어 떨어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  10. 하우징 벽의 제1쌍이 커넥터 하우징의 종방향에 대체로 평행하게 연장되어 상기 하우징의 한쌍의 종방향 벽을 한정하고, 하우징 벽의 제2쌍에 대체로 상기 종축을 횡단하여 연장되어 상기 커넥터 하우징의 한쌍의 횡방향 벽을 한정하며, 상기 횡방향 벽 및 종방향 벽이 그 단부에서 상호 연결되어서 대응 결합 커넥터를 수납하기 위한 요소 수납 공동을 한정하도록 구성된, 대향하여 이격 분리된 제1및 제2쌍의 하우징 벽들을 구비한 절연성 하우징과, 각각의 접촉부가 상기 종방향 벽들을 따라서 공동 내에 배치되도록 상기 하우징에 장착된 전기적으로 전도성인 복수개의 단자들을 포함하고, 각각의 상기 횡방향 벽은 내외 벽부들을 가지며, 상기 내외 벽부들은 종축을 따라서 이격되어 있고, 상기 횡방향 외벽부들은 상기 횡방향 벽들에 구조적 지지를 제공하기 위해서 상기 종방향 벽들을 상호 접속시키며, 각각의 내부는 상기 요소 수납 공동에 인접한 상기 횡방향 벽들에 대한 별도의 가요성 결합 부재를 제공하며, 상기 결합 부재는 상기 대응 결합 커넥터 요소의 래치부와 결합하기 위한 형상으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 내벽부 및 외벽부는 각각의 선단 모서리를 가지며, 상기 횡방향 벽들이 상기 종방향 벽에서 볼때 계단 모양의 형상을 갖도록 내벽부 선단 모서리가 상기 외벽부 선단 모서리를 지나서 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 내벽부는 그 내부에 배치된 결합 슬롯을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 커넥터 하우징은 상기 공동의 기저부를 한정하는 기저부 벽을 포함하고, 상기 기저부 벽은 상기 벽들을 상호 연결하며, 상기 결합 슬롯은 상기 내벽붕세 상기 기저부 벽을 지나 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 결합 슬롯은 내부 렛지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  15. 제10항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 전도성 단자는 상기 종방향 벽 중 하나에 인접하여 놓여 있는 관련된 납땜 미부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  16. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 내벽부 및 외벽부 사이의 상기 공간은 상기 횡방향내벽부 및 외벽부를 서로에 대해서 분리시키기 위해서 상기 커넥터 하우징을 통해서 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
