Abstract

본 발명은 제직 또는 편직에 사용하기에 적합한 무연의 방적사 및 이를 이용한 무연직물의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에서는 무연사는 가용성사와 꼬임을 가진 비가용성 방적사를 합사하고 합사된 사를 다시 비가용성 방적사의 원래 꼬임방향과 반대방향으로 연사하여 만든다.
이러한 무연사는 제, 편직한 후 후처리공정에서 가용성사만을 제거해내는데, 이렇게 하여 만든 제품은 피부와 많은 마찰이 있어도 피부에 전혀 손상을 주지 않을 뿐만 아니라 고도의 소프트성과 볼륨감을 주며 기존의 면섬유제품과의 비교에서도 우수한 흡수성을 나타내 타올, 목욕용 까운 등으로 매우 적합하며 생산과정도 간단하여 대량생산에 적합하다는 것이 큰 특징이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 가용성 사와 꼬임을 가진 비가용성 방적사를 합사하고 합사된 사를 다시 비가용성 방적사의 원래 꼬임방향과 반대방향으로 연사하여 얻어진 무연사.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 가용성사가 알카리용해성 폴리에스테르이고 비가용성 방적사가 면사인 것을 특징으로 하는 무연사.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 합사는 비가용성 방적사에 대해서만 장력을 부여하여 합사한 것임을 특징으로 하는 무연사.
  4. 가용성 사와 꼬임을 가진 비가용성 방적사를 합사하고 합사된 사를 다시 원래 꼬임이 있는 비가용성 방적사와 반대방향으로 연사하여 얻어진 사로 직, 편물을 제직하고나서 가용성 사를 용해제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무연직물의 제조방법.
