Abstract

본 발명은 원단의 부드러운 감과 드레이프성이 향상된 면조(綿調)직물을 제조하기 위한 초극세혼섬사의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 추출후 단사섬도가 0.05~0.6데니어이고, 단면형태가 편심형인 추출형 복함섬유 2본을 공급율 차이가 4~7% 되게 공기난류교략공법(Air tex-trued가공)으로 가공함을 특징으로 하는 초극세혼섬사의 제조방법.

  1. 추출후 단사섬도가 0.05~0.6데니어인 추출형 복함섬유 2본을 공급율차이가 4~7% 되게 공기난류교략공법(Air textrued가공)으로 가공함을 특징으로 하는 초극세혼섬사의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 추출형 복합섬유의 단면형태가 편심형임을 특징으로 하는 초극세혼섬사의 제조방법.
