Abstract

본 발명은 수두 바이러스(VZV) 항체의 역가 측정방법에 관한 것으로, 수두 바이러스에 대한 항체를 정량하는데 있어서, 수두 바이러스 항체를 함유하는 시험대상 혈청을 수두 바이러스 항원성 물질과 반응시키고, 상기 반응물에 형광 표지된 염소의 사람에 대한 항체를 반응시키고, 생성된 반응물에 대하여 형광계를 사용하여 방출 스펙트럼을 측정하는 방법에 의하면 신뢰성, 편의성, 재현성 및 민감도가 개선된 VZV항체 역가 측정이 가능하다.

형광방출분광기법을 이용한 수두 바이러스 항체의 역가 측정방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 각각 수두 바이러스 항체의 혈청양성 및 혈청음성 혈청에 대하여 형광계를 사용하여 측정한 방출 스펙트럼을 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 수두 바이러스에 대한 항체의 역가를 측정하는데 있어서, 수두 바이러스 항체를 함유하는 시험대상 혈청을 수두 바이러스 항원성 물질과 반응시키고, 상기 반응물에 형광 표지된 염소의 사람에 대한 항체(fluorescein-conjugated goat antihuman lgG)를 반응시키고, 생성된 반응물에 대하여 형광계를 사용하여 방출 스펙트럼(emission spectrum)을 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수두 바이러스 항체의 정량적 역가 측정 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 500 내지 600nm의 방출 파장에서 형광 세기를 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
