Abstract

하기 반응식 (1)에 따라 2종의 서로 다른 화합물이 평형을 이룬 혼합물로서 존재하는 동결 건조된 형태의 신규하고 안정한 2-N-메틸올-세팔렉신염 유도체가 제공된다.
상기 반응식에서, X는 알칼리 금속 또는 일반 염기성 아미노산의 질소 함유 유기 양이온이다. 상기 유도체를 함유하는 제약 조성물이 또한 제공된다.

Claims (10)

  1. 수분 함량이 4.5중량% 이하인 동결 건조된 형태의 2-N-메틸올-세팔렉신염 유도체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 수분 함량이 1.5중량% 이하인 염 유도체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 2-N-메틸올-세팔렉신의 리신염인 염 유도체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 2-N-메틸올-세팔렉신의 나트륨염인 염 유도체.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 하기 반응식 (1)에 따라 2종의 서로 다른 화합물이 평형을 이룬 혼합물 형태인 염 유도체.
    상기 반응식에서, X는 알칼리 금속 또는 일반 염기성 아미노산의 질소 함유 유기 양이온이다.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 하기 반응식(2)에 따라 2종의 서로 다른 화합물이 평형을 이룬 혼합물 형태인 염 유도체.
  7. 하기 화학식 (3)의 2-N-메틸올-세팔렉신의 염 유도체.
    상기 식에서, X는 알칼리 금속 또는 일반 염기성 아미노산의 질소 함유 유기 양이온이다.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 하기 화학식 (5)의 염인 염 유도체.
  9. 제1항에 따른 염 유도체를 함유하는 제약 조성물.
  10. 제7항에 따른 염 유도체를 함유하는 제약 조성물.
