Abstract

본 발명은 프린터 기기의 감열 기록 소자에 관한 것으로, 특히 발열체에서 발생되는 열을 이용하여 감열기록지의 일부를 선택적으로 혹화시켜 원하는 화상을 얻기 위한 감열 기록 소자에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은, 전기신호로 변환된 화상 데이터를 인쇄지 등에 구현하게 하는 발열저항체; 상기 발열저항체 및 전기신호 공급용 본딩패드가 형성되는 세라믹 기판; 전기신호 및 전력을 공급하기 위한 것으로서, 상기 세라믹 기판의 측면에 연결되는 인쇄회로기판; 및 상기 세라믹 기판 또는 상기 인쇄회로기판에 탑재되어 시스템을 구동시키는 구동 IC를 포함하여 구성되는 감열 기록 소자에 있어서, 상기 방열판에는 상기 발열저항체와 대향되고 그 내부는 열전도물질로 채워져 있는 홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 전기신호로 변환된 화상 데이터를 인쇄지 등에 구현하게 하는 발열저항체; 상기 발열저항체 및 전기신호 공급용 본딩패드가 형성되는 세라믹 기판; 전기신호 및 전력을 공급하기 위한 것으로서, 상기 세라믹 기판의 측면에 연결되는 인쇄회로기판; 및 상기 세라믹 기판 또는 상기 인쇄회로기판에 탑재되어 시스템을 구동시키는 구동 IC를 포함하여 구성되는 감열 기록 소자에 있어서, 상기 방열판에는 상기 발열저항체와 대향되고 그 내부는 열전도 물질로 채워져 있는 홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 감열 기록 소자.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방열판에 형성되는 홈은 상기 발열저항체와 대향되어 라인의 형태로 형성되며 홈 전체의 깊이 중 상부 일부는 제1폭으로 형성되고, 나머지 하부 일부는 상기 제1폭보다 더 큰 제2폭을 갖도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 감열 기록 소자.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방열판의 홈 내부에 채워지는 열전도 물질의 양은 상기 홈의 체적보다 크지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 감열 기록 소자.
