Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 후드 도장지그에 관한 것으로, 쐐기 형상의 각 테두리부를 봉부재가 조합된 형태로 이루어진 지지체와, 후드의 폭 길이에 따라 폭을 조절할 수 있도록 이루어지는 동시에 그 회전중심봉이 상기 지지체의 선단 가로봉에 회전가능하도록 설치되는 회전작동체로 이루어지게 하는 동시에,상기 회전작동체가 회전체의 선단을 중심으로 소정의 범위 내에서 회전각도를 조절할 수 있게 함으로써, 도료가 흘러내리는 것을 방지하여 불량율을 감소시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 작업과정을 단순화시킬 수 있는 자동차의 후드 도장지그를 제공하는데 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 지면으로부터 소정의 높이를 가지면서 일정한 크기를 가지도록 봉부재로 조합된 쐐기형상으로 이루어져 자체 이동이 가능한 지지체(10)와, 일정한 평면을 유지할 수 있도록 봉부재로 조합되는 동시에그 양측 테두리부에 각각 자리면(27)이 형성된 회전작동체(20)로 이루어져 있되, 상기 지지체(10)의 일측에는 고정부를 포함하는 슬라이드홈(11)이 형성되고, 상기 회전작동체(20)의 일측에는 상기 슬라이드홈(11)에 끼워져서 이것(20)과 일체로 작동되는 작동봉(23)이 형성되어 있어서, 상기 회전작동체(20)는 회전각도조절이 가능하도록 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 후드 도장지그.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지체(10)는 이동가능하도록 저부에 회전바퀴가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 후드 도장지그.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전지지체(20)의 회전중심축과 나란한 일측 중앙에는 폭조절수단(22)이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의후드 도장지그.
