Abstract

본 발명은 용기내 가공식품의 살균장치에 관한 것으로 특히 종래의 고온 단시간법의 적용에 있어서 발생되는 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 내용물이 담긴 용기(50)를 밀봉하기 전에 살균처리할 수 있게 하기 위한 것이다.
본 발명의 목적은 스팀이 공급되는 살수관(11)이 설치되고, 정역회전하는 모터(13)에 의해 이송되는 콘베이어(12)가 회전형 계단 모양으로 내설되며, 콘베이어(12)의 입,출구에 밀폐 커버(14)(15)가 설치된 기밀실(100)을 갖는 살균장치(10)와; 상기 살균장치(10)에 연결되어 기밀실(100)에 진공을 걸어주는 진공펌프(20)와; 상기 콘베이어(12)에 연결된 중간 콘베이어(31)가 내설된 무균실(30)과; 상기 무균실(30)에 이송콘베이어(41)로 연결된 수증기 분무실(42)에서 용기(50)에 뚜껑 (51)을 차례로 닫아주는 공지의 진공실링장치(40)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 용기내 가공식품의 살균장치에 의하여 달성되어진다.

Claims (1)

  1. 스팀이 공급되는 살수관(11)이 설치되고, 정역회전하는 모터(13)에 의해 이송되는 콘베이어(12)가 회전형 계단 모양으로 내설되며, 콘베이어(12)의 입,출구에 밀폐 커버(14)(15)가 설치된 기밀실(100)을 갖는 살균장치(10)와; 상기 살균장치(10)에 연결되어 기밀실(100)에 진공을 걸어주는 진공펌프(20)와; 상기 콘베어이(12)에 연결된 중간 콘베이어(31)가 내설된 무균실(30)과; 상기 무균실(30)에 이송콘베이어(41)로 연결된 수중기 분무실(42)에서 용기(50)의 헤드스페이스의 공기를 수증기로 치화하면서 뚜껑(51)을 차례로 닫아 주는 공지의 스팀식 진공실링장치(40)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 용기내 가공식품의 살균장치.
