Abstract

본 발명은 고추장이나 된장 및 간장 등의 장류와 주정제조에 사용되는 원료를 숙성시키는 제국기에 관한 것으로 배출도어(9)의 일측에 설치된 배출통로(14)에서 지지대(14b)로 지지되는 플레이드(14a)에 안내되며 이송체인(12)에서 돌출된 배출판(13)에 의해 원료를 배출하는 브레이드 콘베어(11)로 이루워진 배출장치(1)와, 상기 교반장치(3)의 플레이트(6) 일측에서 왕복이동되는 급수파이프(10)에 의해 제국판(4)이 무인 청소되도록 구성시키며 배출장치(1)는 중앙으로 원료가 모이도록 출곡스크류(5)를 설치한 후 중앙 일측 스크레퍼(22)에 모임부(23)를 설치하여 공기이송기로 싸이크론(24)에 이송시키며, 원료는 원료출구(26)를 분진은 분진출구(25)를 통해 활타장치(27)의 백휠타(28)에서 휠타링되도록 구성시켜 숙성된 원료를 간편하게 배출시키며 무인으로 제국실의 청소를 간단하게 할수 있어서 항상 청결하게 할수 있는 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 제국판(4)상의 체인레일(8)에서 교반장치(3)가 왕복 이동되며 원료를 숙성시킨 후 배출도어(9)로 배출시키는 제국기에 있어서, 상기 배출도어(9)의 일측에 설치된 배출통로(14)에서 지지대(14b)로 지지되는 플레이트(14a)에 안내되며 이송체인(12)에서 돌출된 배출판(13)에 의해 원료를 배출하는 브레이드 콘베어(11)로 이루워진 배출장치(1)와, 상기 교반장치(3)의 플레이트(6) 일측에서 왕복이동되는 급수파이프(10)에 의해 제국판(4)이 무인 청소되도록 하며, 상기 배출도어(9)를 자동개폐시키는 도어개폐장치(30)로 구성시킨 제국기의 원료배출 및 청소장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 배출장치(1)는 중앙으로 원료가 모이도록 출곡스크류(5)를 설치한 후 중앙 일측 스크레퍼(22)에 모임부(23)를 설치하여 공기 이송기로 싸이크론(24)에 이송시키며, 원료는 원료출구(26)를 분진은 분진출구(25)를 통해 활타장치(27)의 백휠타(28)에서 휠타링 되도록 구성시킨 제국기의 원료배출 및 청소장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 제국실(2)의 제국판(4) 하측에 레일(18)상의 로울러(19)에 의해 왕복 이동되는 급수파이프(17)로 청소 가능하도록 구성시킨 제국기의 원료배출 및 청소장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 도어개폐장치(30)는 모터(31)의 동력을 기어(32)(33)로 회전축(34)에 연결시키며 회전축(34)의 중간 중간에 고정대(36)를 설치하며 가이드대(35)로 배출도어(9)와 연결시켜 개폐되도록 구성시킨 제국기의 원료배출 및 청소장치.
