Abstract

복합 고주파 부품은, 다층 기판과, 고주파 스위치 부품을 구성하는 다이오드와, 회로 기판을 포함한다. 다층 기판의 외면에는 송신 회로와 수신 회로 및 안테나에 접속하기 위한 외부 단자와 컨트롤용 외부 단자 및 접지 전위에 접속하기 위한 외부 단자가 형성된다. 다층 기판의 내부에는 고주파 스위치를 구성하는 스트립선로와 커패시터, 및 로 패스 필터 회로를 구성하는 스트립 선로와 커패시터가 형성된다.The composite high frequency component includes a multilayer substrate, a diode constituting the high frequency switch component, and a circuit board.
