Abstract

IC반송기(10)가 순환하는 오토핸들러에 있어서, 수용로더로부터 공급로더에 트레이(20)를 재 탑재하는 일이 없는 오토핸들러를 제공한다. 공급부(11)에서는 IC반송기(10)에 IC(1)가 공급되고, IC반송기(10)는 측정부(13)로 이동하며, IC반송기(10)는 분류부(14)로 이동하여, 상기 IC반송기(10) 내의 IC(1)를 복수의 트레이(20)에 분류하여 옮겨 싣고 상기 IC반송기(10)는 공급부(11)로 이동한다. 스톡커(15)는 복수의 IC(1)를 수용하는 오목부(15A)를 가지며, 분류부 (14)로 부터 공급부(11)로의 IC반송기(10)의 이송경로간에 스톡커(15)를 배치하고, 분류부(14)에서의 불량품으로 판정된 IC(1)는 스톡커(15)로 수용하고, 스톡커(15)에 IC(1)가 가득차게 되면, 분류부(14)로부터 공급부(11)로 이동하는 빈 IC반송기(10)에 상기 불량품으로 판정된 IC(1)를 옮겨 싣는다.

Claims (1)

  1. 공급부(11)에서는 IC반송기(10)에 IC(1)가 차례로 공급되고, 상기 IC반송기(10)는 측정부(13)로 이동하여 복수의 IC(1)를 일괄하여 시험하며, 시험종료 후의 상기 IC반송기(10)는 분류부(14)로 이동하고, 상기 분류부(14)에서는 상기 시험결과에 의거하여 상기 IC반송기(10) 내의 IC(1)를 분류하여 IC(1)를 복수의 트레이(20)에 분류하여 옮겨 싣고, 상기 IC반송기(10)는 공급부(11)로 이동하는 IC반송기가 순환하는 오토핸들러로서, 스톡커(15)는 복수의 IC(1)를 수용하는 오목부(15A)를 가지며, 분류부(14)로부터 공급부(11)로의 IC반송기(10)의 이송경로간에 스톡커(15)를 배치하고, 분류부(14)에서의 불량품으로 판정된 IC(1)는 스톡커(15)로 수용하고, 스톡커(15)에 IC(1)가 가득차게 되면, 분류부(14)로부터 공급부(11)로 이동하는 빈 IC반송기(10)에 상기 불량품으로 판정된 IC(1)를 옮겨 싣는 것을 특징으로 하는 재 선별용 스톡커를 가지는 오토핸들러.
