Abstract

콤팩트디스크 드라이브의 디스크 센터링 장치를 개시한다.
이 콤팩트디스크 드라이브의 디스크 센터링 장치는 디스크의 회전시 발생하는 내주 및 외주의 흔들림을 방지하기 위하여, 상부가 개구되고 하부 중심부에 안착홀이 형성된 소정의 축소형 원통 모양의 풀리 스핀들과, 상기 풀리 스핀들의 내측 저면에 안착되는 것으로 그 중앙에 소정 크기의 관통공이 형성된 브라켓 풀리와, 상기 브라켓 풀리의 관통공 안착되는 볼베어링과, 상기 볼베어링을 탄성 가압하는 스프링과, 상기 풀리 스핀들에 결합되며 상기 스프링을 안착시키는 한편 상기 볼베어링을 고정 지지해주기 위한 가이드 홈이 중앙에 형성된 볼 가이드 플레이트를 구비하여 구성된다. 이 콤팩트디스크 디스크 센터링장치를 채용함에 의해 진동 억제와 광범위한 디스크 사용의 효과가 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 디스크에 소정의 압착력을 가함으로써 디스크의 이탈을 방지하기 위한 풀리 스핀들과, 상기 풀리 스핀들의 편심 이동을 방지하기 위한 홀더 척을 구비하는 콤팩트디스크 드라이브의 디스크 센터링 장치에 있어서, 상기 풀리 스핀들의 내측 저면에 안착되는 것으로 그 중앙에 소정 크기의 관통공이 형성된 브라켓 풀리와 상기 브라켓 풀리의 관통공 안착되는 볼베어링과, 상기 볼베어링을 탄성 가압하는 스프링과, 상기 풀리 스핀들에 결합되며 상기 스프링을 안착시키는 한편 상기 볼베어링을 고정 지지해주기 위한 가이드 홈이 중앙에 형성된 볼 가이드 플레이트를 구비하여 된 것을 특징으로 된 콤팩트디스크 드라이브의 디스크 센터링장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가이드 플레이트의 스커트 단부에는 소정의 고정용 후크가 형성되고, 상기 풀리 스핀들에는 상기 고정용 후크의 삽입을 위한 소정의 홀이 형성되어, 상기 고정용 후크가 상기 홈에 삽입됨으로써 상기 가이드 플레이트와 풀리 스핀들이 결합되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 콤팩트디스크 드라이브의 디스크 센터링 장치.
