Abstract

본 발명은 메틸 메타크릴레이트 80∼100중량%와 메틸 메타크릴레이트와 공중합할 수 있는 에틸렌계 불포화물을 함유하는 1개 이상의 단량체 0∼20중량%로부터 유도된(메트)아크릴 (공)중합체를 기초로 하는 플라스틱용 접착제 조성물에 관한 것이다.
이 조성물은 포름산 또는 모노-, 디- 또는 테트라글라임, 용해된 (메트)아크릴(공)중합체 및 임의적으로 회석제에 결합된 1.3-디옥소란을 함유한다.
(메트)아크릴 (공)중합체로 구성된 제품들은 주조, 압출 또는 사출 성형에 의해 수득되고, 상기 접착제 조성물에 의해 형성된 접착부를 포함한다.

Claims (8)

  1. 메틸 메타크릴레이트 단량체 80∼100중량%와 상기 메틸 메타크릴레이트와 공중합할 수 있는 에틸렌계 불포화물을 함유하는 1개 이상의 단량체 0∼20중량%로부터 유도된 (메트)아크릴 (공)중합체용이며, 1,3-디옥소란 45∼90중량%, 포름산 또는 모노-, 디-, 또는 테트라글라임 2∼25중량%, (메트)아크릴 (공)중합체 (B)2∼30중량%, 그리고 유기 회석제 0∼40중량%로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 접착제 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 1,3-디옥소란 60∼85중량%, 포름산 또는 모노-, 디-, 또는 테트라글라임 3∼20중량%, 용해된 (메트)아크릴 (공)중합체 (B) 10∼16중량%및 유기 회석제10~40%로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 회석제가 접착 결합할 (공)중합체 (A)의 용매이거나 용매가 아닌 케톤류, 에테르류, 알코올류, 또는 에스테르류로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 희석제가 메틸 에틸 케톤, 메틸 이소부팅 케톤, 아세톤, 디아세톤 알코올, 디메톡시메탄, 메틸 아세테이트, 에틸 아세테이트, 부틸 아세테이트, 이소부틸 아세테이트, 메틸 프탈레이트, 에틸 포르메이트 및 부탄울로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 용해된(공)중합체 (B)가 중량 평균 분자량이 1,000,000 이하인 폴리메틸 메타크릴레이트이거나 메틸 메타크릴레이트와 알킬기가 1 내지 10개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 1개 이상의 알킬 아크릴레이트 단량체의 (공)중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 점도가 0.1 내지 5Pa·s임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항의 조성물로부터 수득된 접착부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 메틸 메타크릴레이트 단량체 8∼100중량% 및 메틸 메타크릴레이트와 공중합할 수 있는 에틸렌계 불포화물을 포함하는 1개 이상의 단량체 0∼20중량%로부터 유도된 (메트)아크릴 (공)중합체로 만들어진 제품.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 (메트)아크릴 (공)종합체가 재료가 주조, 압출 또는 사출에 의해 수득됨을 특징으로 하는 제품.
