Abstract

본 발명은 하나 이상의 폴리아미드 (A), 폴리아미드 블록고 폴리에테르 블록을 함유하는 하나 이상의 중합체(B), 하나 이상의 폴리올레핀 (C) 및 하나 이상의 작용성화된 폴리올레핀 (D)를 포함하는 조성물로부터 제조되는 필름에 관한 것으로서, 상기 필름의 충격 강도(다트 테스트)는 상기와 동일한 비율의 (A),(C) 및 (D)를 함유하되 (B)는 함유하지 않는 필름의 충격 강도보다 크다.

Claims (10)

  1. 하나 이상의 폴리아미드 (A), 폴리아미드 블록과 폴리에테르 블록을 함유하는 하나 이상의 중합체 (B), 하나 이상의 폴리올레핀 (C) 및 하나 이상의 작용성화된 폴리올레핀 (D)를 포함하는 조성물로부터 제조되며, 충격 강도(다트 테스트)가 상기와 동일한 비율의 (A), (C) 및 (D)를 함유하되 (B)는 함유하지 않는 필름의 충격 강도보다 큰 필름.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (A)가 PA-6 또는 PA-6.6인 필름.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 (B)가 PA-6 블록과 PTMG 블록을 함유하는 공증합체인 필름.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (C)가 LLDPE, VLDPE, 폴리프로필렌, 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트 공중합체 또는 에틸렌/알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 공중합체에서 선택되는 필름.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (D)가 에틸렌/알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트/말레인산 무수물 공중합체, 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트/말레인산 무수물 공중합체 또는 주로 프로필렌으로부터 형성되고 말레인산 무수물이 그라프트된 후 모노아민화 폴리아미드-6-또는 모노아민화 카프로락탐 소중합체와 축합된 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체에서 선택되는 필름.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 50%≤A+B≤80% 및 20%≤C+D≤50%를 만족하며, 이들의 합은 100(중량)%인 필름.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 0.06≤A/B≤15, 및 바람직하게는 0.5≤A/B≤15를 만족하는 필름.
  8. 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 0.1≤D/C≤0.5를 만족하는 필름.
  9. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 55%≤A+B≤80%, 20%≤C+D≤45%, 0.5≤A/B≤15 및 0.2≤D/C≤0.4를 만족하며, 상기 (A)는 PA-6 또는 PA-6,6이고, (B)는 PA-6블록과 PTMG 블록을 함유하는 공중합체이며, (C)는 VLDPE 이고, (D)는 에틸렌/알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트/말레인산 무수물 공중합체이며, 이들의 합은 100%인 필름.
  10. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 55%≤A+B≤80%, 20%≤C+D≤45%, 0.5≤A/B≤15 및 0.2≤D/C≤0.4를 만족하며, 상기 (A)는 PA-6 또는 PA-6,6이고, (B)는 PA-6블록과 PTMG블록을 함유하는 공중 합체이며, (C)는 폴리프로필렌이고, (D)는 주로 프로필렌으로부터 형성되고 말레이산 무수물이 그라프트된 후 모노아민화 폴리아미드-6 또는 모노아민화 카프로락탐 소중합체와 축합된 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체이며, 이들의 합은 100%인 필름.
