Abstract
본 발명은 폴리피롤 코팅에 의해 도전성이 부여된 셀룰로오즈 마이크로피브릴 및 콜로이드 분산액의 형태로 이를 수득하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 이들은 폴리머 라텍스에 혼입되며, 이에 따라 본 발명의 마이크로피브릴이 제공하는 유익한 강화 특성과 도전성 제제의 성질을 갖는 복합 재료의 제조가 가능하다.

Claims (13)
- 평균 길이가 1마이크로미터보다 길고, 그의 직경이 2-30 나노미터이며, 형태 인자가 60보다 크고, 결정화도가 20%보다 큰 마이크로피브릴로서, 10-100 나노미터의 두께를 갖는 도전성 폴리피롤 필름으로 코팅된 개별화된 셀룰로오즈 마이크로피브릴.
- 하기 단계들을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 기재된 도전성 폴리피를 필름으로 코팅된 셀룰로오즈 마이크로피브릴 안정한 수성 편탁액의 제조방법. a) 하기의 성분을 증류수에 분산 또는 용해시키는 단계, -셀롤로오즈 마이크로피브릴의 수성 콜로이드 분산액-피롤-염화제이철(여기서 피롤에 대한 염화제이철의 몰비는 2.3이다) b) 상기 반응계를 5℃ 내지 실온에서 반응시키는 단계, c) 여과기에 남은 고체를 증류수로 세척하는 단계, d) c)에서 수집한 생성물을 초음파로 처리하여 증류수에 분산시키는 단계.
- 제2항에 기재된 방법을 사용하여 수득될 수 있는 분산액으로서, 폴리피롤로 코팅된 마이크로피브릴 함량을 3%까지 증가시킴을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 기재된 폴리피롤-코팅된 마이크로피브릴의 콜로이드 수성 분산액.
- 셀룰로오즈 충전제는 제1항에 기재된 폴리피롤로 코팅된 마이크로피브릴로 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 라텍스와 셀룰로오즈 충전제를 함유하는 수성 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 피브릴과 폴리머 라텍스를 구성하는 폴리머간의 중량비가 1-30중량%임을 특징으로 하는 수성 조성물.
- 셀룰로오즈 충전제는 제1항에 기재된 마이크로피브릴로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 매트릭스와 셀룰로오즈 충전제를 함유하는 조성물.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 기재된 열가소성 폴리머 라텍스와 마이크로피브릴의 수성 현탁액의 안정한 수성 조성물을 증발시켜 수득한 것임을 특징으로 하는 제6항에 따른 조성물의 필름.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 기재된 열가소성 또는 비열가소성 폴리머 라텍스와 마이크로피브릴의 수성 현탁액의 안정한 수성 조성물을 동결-건조시켜 수득한 것이므로 특징으로 하는 제6항에 따른 조성물의 분말.
- 제8항에 기재된 분말을 가입하여 수득한 것임을 특징으로 하는 제6항에 따른 조성물의 필름.
- 제8항에 따른 폴리머를 압출하여 수득한 것임을 특징으로 하느 제6항에 따른 조성물의 바아.
- 제10항에 따른 압출된 바아를 가압하여 수득한 것임을 특징으로 하는 제6항에 따르는 조성물의 필름.
- 제8항의 분말 또는 제10항의 바아를 가압하여 수득한 것임을 특징으로 하는 제6항에 따른 조성물의 시이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 결정화도가 70%보다 큰 셀룰로오즈 마이크로피브릴.※참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
