본 발명은 이동통신 시스템 내부의 상호연결 통신망 관리장치에 관한 것으로서, 상호연결 통신망 관리장치는 통신망 관리장치 내부의 기능처리를 담당하는 집적화되어 있는 다중프로토콜을 지원하는 프로세서와, 통신망 관리기가 동작할 수 있도록 프로그램과 데이타가 저장되는 롬과, 프로그램 동작중 데이타의 읽기/쓰기가 가능한 램과, 통신망 구성 요소인 다수의 노드들로부터 입력되는 장애신호 처리부와, 2개의 HDLC 통신정합부와, HDLC 통신링크 장애 감지부와, 공유버스를 사용하는 다수의 노드들에 대한 버스 중재를 위한 프레임 동기 신호 발생 및 이를 위한 기본클럭 발생부와, 통신망 내부의 데이타 교환을 위한 공유버스인 D-bus에 대한 장애검출부와, 전원 리셋 및 수동의 스위치 리셋 요구시 관리장치를 구성하는 소자들의 동작상 동기를 유지토록 하는 리셋회로와, 관리장치 내부에 필요한 클럭 신호를 공급하는 클럭 발생 및 분주회로와, 프로세서 이외의 소자를 액세스 또는 제어할 수 있도록 선택신호를 발생시키는 어드레스 디코더와, 이중화된 관리장치간에 실시간적 절체가 가능하도록 구현한 이중화 제어부를 포함하여 구성되어, 통신망을 구성하고 있는 각종 구성 요소에 대한 장애처리 및 관리 기능, 상태 관리 기능을 비롯한 유지보수 기능을 제공함으로써 망관리가 효율적으로 수행되고 상호연결 통신망의 신뢰성이 향상된다.The present invention relates to an interconnection network management apparatus in a mobile communication system, wherein the interconnection network management apparatus is capable of operating a processor supporting an integrated multi-protocol in charge of function processing in the network management apparatus and a network manager.
