고속 건조되고 전기적 도전성을 가진 카본 충전 열가소성 페인트 성분으로 내부적으로 그래이드된 전기적 발전기용 고전압 발전기 고정자 바는 개선된 전기적 소비 인수 팁 업 값을 나타낸다.

Claims (8)

  1. 전기 발전기 고정자(stator)바(bar)내의 소비 인수 팁 업(dissipation factor tip-up)을 줄이는 방법에 있어서, 상기 고정자 바에 열가소성 수지 바인더 및 카본 필터(carbon-filter)로 구성된 전기적 도전성 페인트 성분의 인가하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 페인트 성분은 약 2,500에서 5,000,000Ω/스퀘어 미만 범위의 저항값을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 페인트 성분은 약 25,000 내지 약 500,000Ω/스퀘어 범위의 저항값을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전기적 도전성 페인트는 노출된 고정자 바의 상부 및 하부 가장 자리에 인가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지 바인더는 비스페닐 A(bisphenol) 및 에피크로로히드린(epichlorohydrin)의 선형 공중합체(copolymer)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 전기적 도전성 열가소성 페인트 성분으로 코팅된 전기적 발전기 고정자 바에 있어서, 상기 코팅은 약 2,500에서 5,000,000Ω/스퀘어 미만의 범위내이 저항값을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기적 발전기 고정자 바.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 코팅은 약 25,000에서 약 5,000,000Ω/스퀘어 범위내의 저항값을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기적 발전기 고정자 바.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지 바인더는 비스페놀 A및 에피크로로히드린의 선형 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기적 발전기 고정자 바.
