Abstract

기록재생용 광픽-업, 특히 두께가 다른 디스크의 호환이 가능한 것으로서, 광원에서 대물렌즈로 향하는 광의근축부를 0차투과광과 1차회절광으로 회절시키고 그 광의 원축부를 그대로 투과시키는 회절격자패턴을 갖는 투명판과 제1, 제2수광부를 갖는 광검출기를 구배하여 된다. 얇은 디스크에는 그 0차 투과광과 투과된 과이 대물렌즈의 모든 개구로 집속되고, 두꺼운 디스크에는 그 1차회절광이 대물렌즈의 개구 일부에 의해 집속되게 된다. 그리고 그들의 반사광은 각각 광검출기의 제1, 제2수광부에 검출된다. 제1, 제2수광부의 검출신호로 디스크 각각에 대한 재생 및 서보를 위한 신호를 검출하므로 사용 디스크의 두께와 무관하게 안정된 서보와 잡음없는 재생이 가능한 것이다.

Description

두께가 다른 디스크의 호환이 가능한 기록재생용 광픽-업
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 두께가 다른 디스크의 호환이 가능한 기록재생용 광픽-업의 광학적 구성을 보인 배치도,
제2도는 제1도에 도시된 회절격자 패턴을 갖는 투명판에 대한 광로를 설명하는 광학적 프로파일,
제3도는 제1도에 도시된 광검출기의 상세한 평면도.

Claims (7)

  1. 광원과 이 광원으로부터 발생되는 광을 디스크에 집속하는 대물렌즈와 디스크에서 반사되는 광을 수광하여 신호를 검출하는 광검출기를 가지는 광픽업에 있어서, 상기한 광원에서 대물렌즈로 향하는 광의 근축부를 광축과 어긋나는 방향으로 회절시키도록 형성된 회절격자 패턴을 가지고 있는 그 회절격자 패턴의 주위에서 그 광의 원축부를 투과시키는 투명판이 구비되어, 그 회절격자 패턴에 의한 0차투과광이 그 주위를 투과하는 광의 주변부와 함께 상기한 대물렌즈에 의하여 두께가 얇은 디스크에 집속되고, 그 회절격자 패턴에 의한 1차회절광이 대물렌즈에 의하여 두께가 두꺼운 디스크에 집속되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 두께가 다른 디스크의 호환이 가능한 기록재생용 광픽업.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 투명판의 회절격자의 패턴이 톱날형으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 두께가 다른 디스크의 호환이 가능한 기록재생용 광픽업.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 광원과 대물렌즈 사이에 그 광원에서 대물렌즈로 향하도록 입사되는 광의 경로와 그 대물렌즈를 경유하여 되돌아 오는 광의 광로를 분리시키는 광분할기가 더 구비되고, 상기한 회절격자 패턴을 갖는 투명판과 그 광원과 광분할기 사이에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 두께가 다른 디스크의 호환이 가능한 기록재생용 광픽업.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 광검출기가 그 두께가 다른 디스크들로부터 반사되는 광을 각각 수광하는 제1, 제2수광부를 갖는 것을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 두께가 다른 디스크의 호환이 가능한 기록재생용 광픽업.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기한 광검출기의 제1, 제2수광부가 각각 가로와 세로 방향으로 양분된 4개식의 분할영역으로 이루어지고, 그 광검출기로 향하는 상기한 디스크로부터의 반사되는 광이 경유하여 비점수차 렌즈가 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 두께가 다른 디스크의 호환이 가능한 기록재생용 광픽업.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 대물렌즈와 상기한 투명판 사이에서 상기한 투명판을 경유하여 오는 광을 0차투과광과 ±1차회절광으로 회절시키는 회절격자가 더 구비되고, 상기한 광검출기가 그 두께가 다른 디스크들로 부터 각각 반사되는 그 회절격자에 의한 0차투과광의 반사광들을 각각 수광하는 제1,제2수광부와 그 →±1차회절공의 반사광을 수광하는 제3, 제4수광부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 두께가 다른 디스크의 호환이 가능한 기록재생용 광픽업.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기한 광검출기의 제1,제2수광부가 각각 가로와 세로 방향으로 양분된 4개씩의 분할영역으로 이루어지고, 그 광검출기로 향하는 상기한 디스크들로부터의 반사되는 광이 경유하는 비점수차 렌즈가 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 두께가 다른 디스크의 호환이 가능한 기록재생용 광픽업.
