Abstract

본 발명은 돗트 인버젼을 구현하는 TFT-LCM(thin film transister-liauid crystal display module)에 관한 것으로서 특히 TFT-LCM의 공통 전극을 기수(odd)와 우수(even) 전극으로 분할하여 돗트 인버젼을 구현하는 TFT-LCM에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 박막 트랜지스터 액정 표시 장치의 모듈의 공통 전극을 기수의 공통 전극과 우수의 공통 전극으로 패터닝하여 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.

  1. 박막 트랜지스터 액정 표시 장치 모듈에 있어서, 상기의 박막 트랜지스터 액정 표시 장치 모듈의 공통 전극이 기수의 공통 전극과 우수의 공통 전극으로 패터닝하여 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 트랜지스터 액정 표시 장치 모듈.
