Abstract

본 발명은 멤버 어셈블리 시험용 지그에 관한 것으로서, 멤버 어셈블리를 결합시키기 위해 지지부재가 수직으로 장착된 베이스 플레이트가 구비되고, 지지부재에는 지지편이 일체로 부착된 체결용 보울트가 조여지며, 지지편에는 삽입홀이 형성된 멤버 어셈블리를 고정시키는 결합용 부시가 안착되고, 체결용 보울트 상부에는 멤버 어셈블리 결합부위의 높이와 토오크를 조절하는 토오크 조절 너트가 조여짐으로써, 결합부위의 높이와 토오크의 시험이 단순화됨은 물론 이에 따른 시험시간을 단축시킬 뿐만 아니라, 시험의 편의성을 도모할 수 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 멤버 어셈블리 결합부위의 높이와 토오크를 시험하기 위한 지그에 있어서, 멤버 어셈블리를 결합시키기 위해 구비되는 탭가공된 지지부재가 수직으로 장착된 베이스 플레이트와; 상기 지지부재에 조여지는 지지편이 일체로 부착된 체결용 보울트와; 상기 지지편에 안착되어 삽입홀이 형성된 멤버 어셈블리를 고정시키는 결합용 부시와; 상기 체결용 보울트 상부에 조여져 멤버 어셈블리 결합부위의 높이와 토오크를 조절하는 토오크 조절 너트를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 멤버 어셈블리 시험용 지그.
