Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 유압 브레이크 시험장치에 관한 것으로 특히 브레이크 시스템에 가한 압력을 측정할 수 있는 장치이다.
펌프와 잭으로 구성되는 유압펌프의 오일 유출구에 파이프를 연결하고 상기 파이프의 일측에는 상기 유압펌프로부터 압출되는 유압을 측정할 수 있도록유압계를 형성하여 준다.
이와가이 구성되는 본 발명은 시험자가 파이프의 일단을 캘리퍼의 오일 유입구에 삽입하고 작은 압력값서부터 큰 압력값까지 유압펌프를 사용하여 상기 캘리퍼에 유압을 부여한 후 유압을 제거하는 과정을 반복하여 부쉬가 변형되는 압력값을 찾아낼 수 있게 되므로 설계 또는 제작의 이상여부를 판달할 수가 있는 것이다.
