Abstract

본 발명은 파워 스티어링 호스 소음 확인 장치를 개발할 때 소음 튜닝을 위한 장치에 있어서, 파워 스티어링 호스 소음 확인 장치에 압축된 오일을 공급하는 펌프(9)의 압력 호스(10) 사이에 설치되어 압력을 측정하는 압려계-1(1)와, 상기한 압력계-1(1)에 의해 측정된 압력을 전기적인 신호로 변환시켜 주는 변환기-1(3)와, 압력 호스(10)와 오링 탱크로 들어가는 오일의 양을 조절하는 오리피스 밸브(11) 사이에 설치되어 압력을 측정하는 압력계-2(2)와, 상기한 압력계-2(2)에 의해 측정된 압력을 전기적인 신호로 변환시켜 주는 변환기-2(4)와, 상기한 제1 및 제2변환기(3, 4)로부터 각각의 압력을 입력받아서 차동 증폭해 주는 차동 증폭기(5)와, 상기한 차동 증폭기(5)의 출력을 표시해 주는 오실로스코프(6)와, 상기한 차동 증폭기(5)의 출력단에 연결되어 그 결과를 기록하는 데치터 레코더(7)로 구성된다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 파워 스티어링 호스 소음 확인 장치의 구성도이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 파워 스티어링 시스템을 개발할 때 소음 튜닝을 위한 장치에 있어서, 파워 스티어링 호스 소음 확인 장치에 압축된 오일을 공급하는 펌프(9)의 압력 호스(10)사이에 설치되어 압력을 측정하는 제1압력계(1)와, 상기한 제1 압력계(1)에 의해 측정된 압력을 전기적인 신호로 변환시켜 주는 제1변환기(3)와, 압력 호스(10)와 오일 탱크로 들어가는 오일의 양을 조절하는 오리피스 밸브(11) 사이에 설치되어 압력을 측정하는 제2 압력계(2)와, 상기한 제2압력계(2)에 측정된 압력을 전기적인 신호로 변환시켜 주는 제2변환기(4)와, 상기한 제1 및 제2변환기(3,4)로부터 각각의 압력을 입력받아서 차동 증폭해 주는 차동 증폭기(5)와, 상기한 차동 증폭기(5)의 출력을 표시해 주는 오실로스코프(6)와, 상기한 차동 증폭기(5)의 출력단에 연결되어 그 결과를 기록하는 데이터 레코더(7)와, 상기한 데이터 레코더(7)에 연결되어 글 결과를 그래프로 출력해주는 플로터(8)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파워스티어링 호스 소음 확인 장치.
