본 발명은, 레이저를 이용하여 냉연강판의 표면흠을 비접촉식으로 탐상하는 방법과 그 장치에 관한 것으로, 냉연강판의 표면 거칠기의 크기를 임계레벨로 설정하여 결함신호에 중첩시켜 나타냄으로 인하여, 강판의 표면 거칠기에 의한 영향을 배제하고, 결함의 탐상효과를 상승시킬 수 있도록 하며, 또한 결함신호의 형태를 구분함으로써 강판 결함의 종류를 용이하게 판별할 수 있도록 하는데 그 목적이 있다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
