Abstract

본 발명은 공기조화기용 토출구의 개폐장치에 관한 것으로서, 공기조화기의 비가동시에 토출구(11)을 통해 이물질이 유입되는 것을 방지하도록 상기 토출구(11)측에 이동가능케 배설된 셔터수단(30)과, 상기 셔터수단(30)을 구동시키도록 일측에 구동수단(50)이 배설된 지지수단(60)과, 토출공기의 풍향을 조절하도록 상기 지지수단(60)의 상측에 배설된 상하,좌우풍향조절수단(21)(23)과, 상기 셔터수단(30)의 상단 내측에 배설된 상부롤러수단(31)의 이동을 안내하도록 상기 지지수단(60)의상측에 설된 가이드수단 (40)과, 상기 상하,좌우풍향조절수단(21)(23)및 가이드 수단(40)이 결합된 지지수단(60)을 본체(2)의 전면측에서 착탈가능하도록 상기 가이드수단(40)의 일측에 일체로 배설된 토출그릴장식수단(15)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하며, 상기 공기조화기용 토출구의 개폐장치는 조립 및 분해를 용이하게 하며, 셔터수단(40)의 동작성을 향상시킬 수 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 공기조화기의 비가동시에 토출구(11)를 통해 이물질이 유입되는 것을 방지하도록 상기 토출구(11)측에 이동가능케 배설된 셔터수단(30)과, 상기 셔터수단(30)을 구동시키도록 일측에 구동수단(50)이 배설된 지지수단(60)과, 토출공기의 풍향을 조절하도록 상기 지지수단(60)의 상측에 배설된 상하·좌우풍향조절수단(21)(23)과, 상기 셔터수단(30)의 상단 내측에 배설된 상부롤러수단(31)의 이동을 안내하도록 상기 지지수단(60)의 상측에 배설된 가이드수단(40)과, 상기 상하·좌우풍향조절수단(21)(23)및 가이드 수단(40)이 결합된 지지수단(60)을 본체(2)의 전면측에서 착탈가능하도록 상기 가이드수단(40)의 일측에 일체로 배설된 토출그릴장식수단(15)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기용 토출구의 개폐장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지수단(60)은 상기 셔터수단(30)의 하단양측에 결합된 하부롤러수단(32)이 용이하게 이동되도록 일측면에 레일수단(60a)이 돌출 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기용 토출구의 개폐장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 하부롤러수단(32)은 셔터수단(30)의 상하이동시에 레일변형에 따른 동작불량을 저하시키도록 상기 셔터수단(30)의 상측에 배설된 상부롤러수단(31)의 이동선상과 다르게 배설되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기용 토출구의 개폐장치.
