Abstract
본 발명은 유성기어 셋트 대신에 스크류 기어를 구성하여 전, 후진이 용이한 메카니즘을 구현하고자 한 변속기내의 마찰요소 허브를 일체로 형성하여 설계의 자유도가 향상되도록 한 차량용 마찰요소 허브 일체형 무단변속기로 이를 실현하기 위한 체인 기어부재를 적용한 무단 변속기에 있어서, 체인 기어부재에 동력을 전달하기 위하여 선택적 결합이 이루어지도록 구동축에 설치된 제1마찰요소와, 체인 기어부재의 일측에 설치된 풀리부재의 구동풀리에 선택적 결합으로 동력의 전달이 이루어지도록 구동축에 설치된 제2마찰요소와, 상기 제1마찰요소와 제2마찰요소의 클러칭 작용이 이루어지도록 일체로 형성된 마찰요소 허브를 포함하여 이루어지고 있다.The present invention provides a friction element hub integrated continuously variable transmission for improving the degree of freedom of design by integrally forming a friction element hub in a transmission to implement a mechanism that facilitates forward and reverse by configuring a screw gear instead of a planetary gear set.
