Abstract

후진 변속이 싱크로나이저 기구게 의하여 변속이 이루어지도록 함으로써, 변속감을 향상시킴은 물론 소음 발생을 최소화할 수 있도록 한 수동변속기를 제공할 목적으로; 변속기 하우징의 내부에 전측으로부터 1속, 2속 입력기어와, 3, 4속용 동기장치 및 5속용 동기장치가 배치되는 입력축과; 전측단에 출력기어를 두고 그 후측으로 상기 1, 2속 입력기어와, 3, 4속 입력기어 및 5속 입력기어에 치합되는 1, 2속용 동기장치외 3, 4, 5속 기어가 배치되는 출력축을 구비하여 이루어지는 자동차용 수동변속기에 있어서, 상기 1속 입력기어에 이웃하여 후진용 동기장치를 배치하되, 이의 후진 기어가 디프렌셜의 링기어와 직접 치합하여 이루어지는 자동차의 수동변속기를 제공한다.

제1도는 본 발명에 의한 수동변속기의 기어 배열도,
제2도는 종래 수동변속기의 기어 배열도이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 변속기 하우징의 내부에 전측으로부터 1속, 2속 입력기어와, 3, 4속용 동기장치 및 5속용 동기장치가 배치되는 입력축과; 전측단에 출력기어를 두고 그 후측으로 상기 1, 2속 입력기어와, 3, 4속 입력기어 및 5속 입력기어에 치합되는 1, 2속용 동기장치외 3, 4, 5속 기어가 배치되는 출력축을 구비하여 이루어지는 자동차용 수동변속기에 있어서, 상기 1속 입력기어에 이웃하여 후진용 동기장치를 배치하되, 이의 후진 기어가 디프렌셜의 링기어와 직접 치합하여 이루어지는 자동차의 수동변속기
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 후진용 동기장치 입력축에 연동되는 클러치 허브를 포함하는 슬리이브와, 이의 일측으로 배치되어 디프렌셜의 링기어와 치합되는 후진 기어로 이루어지는 자동차의 수동변속기
