Abstract
본 발명은 4속 또는 5속의 변속비를 얻을 수 있도록 하여 연비 및 엔진의 소음을 저감시키고, 변속충격을 줄일 수 있는 자동차용 자동 변속기구를 제공하는데 목적이 있다.
이를 실현하기 위하여 본 발명은, 입력축의 회전력을 전달받는 전진 선기어 및 후진 선기어와 각각 치차결합되는 짧은 피니온 기어와 긴 피니온 기어를 포함하며, 상기한 긴 피니온 기어가 내측에 결합되는 제1애뉼러스 기어를 포함하는 제1유성기어장치의 주변속부와, 상기한 주변속부의 출력을 전달받는 제2애뉼러스기어를 포함하며 이 기어의 내측에 결합되는 피니온 기어와 이 피니온 기어의 내측에 결합되는 선기어를 포함하여 이루어지는 제2유성기어장치의 부변속부로 구성되는 자동차용 자동 변속기구를 제공한다.
상기한 주변속부의 전진 선기어 축에는 변속감을 향상시킬 수 있는 클러치 및 일방향 클러치를 설치함을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (4)
- 입력축의 회전력을 각각의 클러치 및 브레이크의 작동으로 전진 및 후진 선기어 축으로 전달하여 유성기어장치를 통하여 차속에 적합한 변속비를 얻어내는 자동차용 자동 변속기구에 있어서, 상기한 입력축(X1)의 외주에 설치되는 전진 선기어 축(2)과 후진 선기어 축(4)의 일단에 설치된 전진 선기어(8) 및 후진 선기어(10)를 포함하며, 이들 기어(8)(10)와 치차결합하는 짧은 피니온 기어(16)와 긴 피니온 기어(18)들이 제1애뉼러스 기어(20)의 내측에 배치되어 이루어지는 제1유성기어장치(12)를 보유하는 주변속부(A)와, 상기한 제1애뉼러스 기어(20)와 동축으로 연결된 출력기어(32)를 통하여 회전력을 전달받는 제2애뉼러스 기어(34)와 이 기어의 내치차에 결합되는 피니온 기어(36)와 이 피니온 기어(36)의 내측에 결합되는 선기어(38)를 포함하여 이루어지는 제2유성기어장치(40)를 갖는 부변속부(B)에 의해 4속 또는 5속의 변속이 이루어지도록 한 자동차용 자동 변속기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주변속부(A)의 전진선기어 축(2)을 일방향 클러치(F2) 및 앞 클러치(C2)로 제어하여 3-4속 변속시 변속감을 향상시키도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 자동 변속기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 후진 선기어 축(4)은 3속 및 5속에서 킥 다운 밴드 브레이크(B1)에 의해 구속됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 자동 변속기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부변속부(B)의 선기어 축(42)은 클러치(C5)에 의해 캐리어(44)를 회전시키도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 자동 변속기구.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
