Abstract

본 발명은 정온기의 고장 발생시 바이패스 밸브를 작동시켜 바이패스 통로를 개방함으로써, 냉각수를 방열기로 순환시켜 엔진의 과열을 방지할 수 있는 차량의 냉각수 순환장치에 관한 것으로, 엔진(1)에서 방출되는 냉각수를 상기 상부호스(2)를 통해 방열기(3)로 공급하는 바이패스 통로(32)와, 엔진(1)내부의 냉각수 온도에 따라 접촉되는 밸브 동작스위치(8)와, 밸브 동작스위치(8)의 작동에 의해 개방되어 유로를 개방시키는 유로 개폐밸브(22)와, 유로 개폐밸브(22)를 거쳐 작용하는 엔진오일 압력에 의해 작동되어 바이패스 통로(32)를 개방하는 바이패스 밸브(14)로 구성된다.

Claims (4)

  1. 상부호스(2)를 통해 엔진(1)에서 배출된 냉각수를 냉각한 다음, 하부호스(4)를 통해 다시 엔진에 공급하는 방열기(3)와, 냉각수의 온도에 따라 개폐되어 상기 방열기(3)에 냉각수를 선택적으로 공급하는 정온기로 구성되는 차량의 냉각수 순환장치에 있어서, 엔진(1)에서 방출되는 냉각수를 상기 상부호스(2)를 통해 방열기(3)로 공급하는 바이패스 통로(32)와, 상기 엔진(1)내부의 냉각수 온도에 따라 접촉되는 밸브 동작스위치(8)와, 상기 밸브 동작스위치(8)의 작동에 의해 개방되어 유로를 개방시키는 유로 개폐밸브(22)와, 상기 유로 개폐밸브(22)를 거쳐 작용하는 엔진오일 압력에 의해 작동되어 상기 바이패스 통로(32)를 개방하는 바이패스 밸브(14)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 냉각수 순환장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 바이패스 밸브(14)는 유로(20)를 통해 작용하는 엔진오일 압력과 스프링(18)의 힘에 의해 이동하면서, 상기 바이패스 통로(32)를 개폐하는 플런저(16)가 내장되는 차량의 냉각수 순환장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 정온기의 고장시, 제어기(24)에서 전달되는 신호에 의해 점등되는 정온기 페일 경고등(26)이 추가로 설치되는 차량의 냉각수 순환장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 동작스위치(8)는 전원과 연결된 제1접점(10)과 정온 발열형의 제2접점(11)으로 구성되는 차량의 냉각수 순환장치.
