Abstract

본 발명은 오일온도 유지장치에 관한 것으로서, 종래의 오일탱크는 본 발명과 같은 오일온도 유지장치가 적용되지 않았기 때문에 오일탱크에 저장되어 있는 오일의 온도가 외부의 환경 즉, 더운 여름날에는 오일의 온도가 상승하고, 추운 겨울날에는 오일의 온도가 하락하여 결과적으로는 엔진의 연소력에 큰 영향을 미치게 되는 문제점이 있었다. 상기 문제점을 해결하기 위한 본 발명은 오일팬을 통과하는 오일의 온도를 감지하여 기준 온도와 비교하고, 비교결과 기준온도보다 높거나 낮아지면 엔진의 냉각과정에서 더워진 냉각수 또는 라디에이터에서 차게 냉각된 냉각수를 오일탱크로 공급하여 오일의 온도를 항상 일정하게 유지시켜주어 엔진의 연소력을 향상시키도록 한 오일온도 유지장치 이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 오일팬의 주변에 설치되어 오일탱크에서 배출되는 오일의 오도를 감지하여 전기신호로 출력하는 오일온도 감지부(10)와, 상기 오일온도 감지부(10)로 부터 입력되는 전기신호로 오일의 온도를 감지하고, 감지된 오일의 온도가 기준온도보다 높거나 낮으면 발생된 오차만큼 오일의 온도가 보상되도록 제어하는 제어부(11)와, 상기 제어부(11)의 제어신호에 따라 개폐되어 엔진의 냉각과정에서 뜨거워진 냉각수를 오일탱크를 관통하는 냉각수 파이프(14)로 공급하는 제1솔레노이드 밸브(12),와 상기 제어부(11)의 제어신호에 따라 개폐되어 라디에이터에서 냉각되어 차거워진 냉각수를 상기 냉각수 파이프(14)로 공급하는 제2솔레노이드 밸브(13)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 오일온도 유지장치
