Abstract

본 발명은 섬유 형성성 폴리에스테르 및 폴리아미드로 구성된 분할형 복합섬유를 용해와 수축법을 이용하여 분할하는 분할형 복합섬유의 분할 방법으로, 분할이 완벽하여 모노필라멘트의 섬도가 0.2~0.3 데니어 급의 극세사를 이룸으로써 극세사 고유특성인 부드러운 감초과 유려한 외관, 특히 우수한 크리닝성을 가지도록 하는 효과가 있으며, 이는 안경닦이용 크리너, 스포츠타올, 인조스웨드, 피치스킨 제품으로 점퍼, 숙녀용 코트 등의 아웃웨어(out wear)로 사용되기에 적합하다.

Claims (2)

  1. 배치식 써클러염색기에 섬유 형성성 폴리에스테르 및 폴리아미드로 구성된 분할형 복합섬유로 제직 또는 편직된 제품을 1:5~1:50의 욕비로 1g/l~50g/l의 NaOH 용액하에 90℃~110℃의 온도로 5~60분간 처리하여 폴리에스테르 부분을 용해한 후,계 화합물인 수축제로 1g/l~150g/l의 농도에서 50℃~90℃의 온도로 5~60분간 처리하여 수축시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유형성성 폴리에스테르 및 폴리아미드로 구성된 분할형 복합섬유의 분할방법.
  2. 상기의 방법으로 수득되는 섬유형성성 폴리에스테르 및 폴리아미드로 구성된 분할형 복합섬유로 제직 또는 편직된 제품
