Abstract

본 발명은 아연 혹은 아연-알루미늄 용융도금강관을 조관시 형성되는 용접비드부의 도막손상에 의한 내식성 저하를 개선하기 위해, 용접비드부에 용사를 한후, 고내식성 수지를 도포한 고내식성 수지피복강관의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 용융아연도금강관의 용접비드부에 아연, 아연-알루미늄 등을 용사한 후 에폭시 아크릴계수지를 헝겊을 이용 드롭식에 의해 도포하되, 용사층의 두께가 3-20㎛이고, 에폭시 아크릴계수지의 두께가 0.8-7㎛가 되도록 하는 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 용융아연도금강관의 용접비드부에 아연, 아연-알루미늄 등을 용사한 후, 에폭시 아크릴계수지를 헝겊을 이용 드롭식에 의해 도포하되, 용사층의 두께가 3-20㎛이고, 에폭시 아크릴계수지의 두께가 0.8-7㎛가 되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고내식성 수지피복 강관의 제조방법.
