Abstract

본 발명은 아연-크롬계 합금전기도금강판의 인산염처리시 아연-크롬계 합금도금강판 표면에 형성된 크롬산화물을 효과적으로 제거하여 인산염 피막이 균일하게 형성되도록 하는 인산염 전처리 방법에 관한 것으로, 도금강판을 표면조정용액에 침지하기전에 브러쉬롤을 설치하여 도금강판상의 크롬 산화물을 효과적으로 연마제거함으로써 인산염처리시 인산염결정이 미세하고 표면조도가 작은 인산염 결정이 생성되는 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 도금강판을 인산염 처리공정중 표면조정 용액에 침지하기 전에 도금강판이 표면조정 용액에 잠기는 시점으로 부터, 연마하여 크롬산화물이 제거된 표면에서 크롬산화물이 재생성되지 않는 범위내에 나일론으로된 직경 0.3-2mm의 브러쉬롤을 설치하고, 브러쉬롤을 강판의 진행방향과 반대방향으로 혹은 강판 진행속도의 1.5배 이상의 속도로 강판진행방향으로 회전시켜 회전하는 브러쉬롤에 의해 강판표면에 존재하는 크롬산화물을 연마제거하는 아연-크롬계 합금 도금강판의 인산염 전처리 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 상기 강판 설치 범위는 도금강판이 표면조정 용액에 잠기는 시점으로 부터 1m이내임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
