Abstract

본 발명은 드로잉과 아이어닝(Drawing & Ironing)을 실시하는 2피스(Piece)캔 및 캠핑가스통, 건전지 외피등에 적용되는 심가공용 석도금강판 및 주석을 포함하지 않는 표면처리강판(Tin Free Steel)소재로 사용되는 연질 표면처리원판을 연속소둔법으로 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 열간압연중에 석출되는 미세 석출물의 석출시기를 Ti 및 Mn의 발란스를 통해 열간압연 직전으로 제어함으로써 가공성을 향상시킬 뿐만 아니라 재결정 온도가 낮고 그 편차가 적어 안정된 품질을 얻을 수 있는 드로잉 및 아이어닝 캔 및 심가공을 연속소둔 표면처리원판의 제조방법을 제공하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 발명은 연질 표면처리 원판을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 중량%로, C:0.005%이하, Mn:0.1-0.3%, S:0.015%이하, 산가용성 Al:0.02-0.05%, N:0.004% 이하, Ti:0.015-0.35% 잔부 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물로 조성되는 알루미늄 킬드강을 통상의 방법으로 열간압연한 후, 88-92%의 압하율로 냉간압연한 다음, 재결정온도 이상 730℃이하의 온도에서 연속소둔한 후 0.4%이상의 조절압연을 실시하여 드로잉 및 아이어닝 캔 및 심가공용기용 연속소둔 표면처리 원판을 제조하는 방법을 그 요지로 한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 연질 표면처리 원판을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 중량%로, C:0.005%이하, Mn:0.1-0.3%, S:0.015%이하, 산가용성 Al:0.02-0.05%, N:0.004%이하, Ti:0.015-0.35% 잔부 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물로 조성되는 알루미늄 킬드강을 통상의 방법으로 열간압연한 후, 88-92%의 압하율로 냉간압연한 다음, 재결정온도 이상 730℃이하의 온도에서 연속소둔한 후 0.4% 이상의 조질압연을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 드로잉 및 아이어닝 캔 및 심가공용기용 연속소둔 표면처리 원판을 제조방법
