Abstract
본 발명은 저인강 제조를 위한 용선의 탈인방법에 관한 것으로, 프락스를 구성하는 조성물을 각각 서로 다른 시기에 투입하므로서 탈인능은 물론 망간 실수율을 증가시키는 용선탈인 처리방법을 제공하고자 하는데, 그 목적이 있다. 상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 저인강제조를 위한 용선예비처리공정의 탈인방법에 있어서, 처리기간중 중량%로, 망간산화물(MnO2): 40-60중량%, 생석회(CaO): 25-45 및 형석(CaF2): 5-15%로 조성되는 분체조성물(M)과 철산화물(Fe2O3): 40-70%, 생석회(CaO): 20-45 및 형석(CaF2); 5-15%로 조성되는 분체조성물(F)을 35%:65%-55%:45%의 중량비 범위가 되도록 순차로 취입하는 것을 포함하여 이루어지는 용선의 탈인처리방법에 관한 것을 그 요지로 한다.The present invention relates to a molten iron dephosphorization method for manufacturing a low-phosphorus steel, and to provide a molten iron dephosphorization treatment method that increases the dephosphorization ability as well as the manganese error rate by adding the composition constituting the proximate at different times, the There is a purpose.
