Abstract

본 발명은 연료공급장치(10), 나선형 원료공급기(20), 원료분해 가마솥(30), 가열로(40), 정류탑(50), 휘발유냉각기(60) 및 디젤유냉각기(70), 휘발유 정제장치(80) 및 디젤유 정제장치(90)로 구성된 연료제조장치를 이용하여 폐 플라스틱을 원료로 사용하여 접촉분해(catalytic cracking process)와 정류 및 정제과정에 거쳐 휘발유 및 디젤유 등의 고급연료를 제조하여 환경오염을 방지하고 에너지 재생산을 이룰 수 있는 폐 플라스틱을 이용한 연료의 제조방법 및 장치이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 원료공급장치(10), 상기 원료공급장치(10)와 연결된 나선형 원료공급기(20), 상기 나선형 원료공급기에서 공급되는 원료를 크랭크시키는 분해조(30), 상기 분해조를 가열시키는 가열로(40), 상기 분해조(30)에서 생성된 저비점 탄화수소유를 정류시키는 정류탑(50), 상기 정류탑(50)에서 정류된 고온의 휘발유를 냉각시키는 휘발유냉각기(60), 상기 정류탑(50)에서 정류된 고온의 디젤유를 냉각시키는 디젤유냉각기(70) 및 상기 휘발유냉각기(60) 및 디젤유냉각기(70)에서 냉각된 휘발유와 디젤유를 각각 정제하는 휘발유정제장치(80)와 디젤유정제장치(90)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 폐 플라스틱을 이용한 연료제조장치.
  2. 공급할 원료를 세척 및 분쇄하는 단계, 상기 세척 및 분쇄단계에서 준비된 원료를 분해조(30)까지 공급하는 원료공급단계, 촉매제의 존재하에 원료를 가열하여 분해증류과정을 거쳐 저비점 탄화수소유로 크랭킹시키는 분해증류단계, 분해증류한 저비점 탄화수소유를 휘발유와 디젤유로 분리하는 정류단계, 상기 정류된 고온의 휘발유와 디젤유를 냉각하는 냉각단계 및, 냉각된 휘발유와 디젤유를 정제하는 정제단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐 플라스틱을 이용한 연료제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 분해증류단계에서의 가열온도는 350~450℃이며, 상기 촉매는 SiO2+Al2O3+Al2(SiO4)3인 것을 특징으로 하는 폐 플라스틱을 이용한 연료제조방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 원료는 폴리스티렌(polystyrene), 폴리에틸렌(polyethylene) 및, 폴리프로필렌(polypropylene)으로 이루어진 폐 플라스틱을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐 플라스틱을 이용한 연료제조방법.
