Abstract

미반응 출발 화합물 및 생성된 (메트)아크릴 에스테르를 증류시켜 분리해내고 옥시 에스테르를 함유하는 바닥 생성물을 얻는, 에스테르화 촉매 존재 하에서의 알칸올에 의한 (메트)아크릴산의 에스테르화 방법에서, 바닥 생성물을 분리해 내고, 바닥 생성물을 (메트)아크릴산과 직접 혼합시키고 바닥 생성물 중에 존재하는 옥시 에스테르를 승온에서 (메트)아크릴산과 상이한 산 촉매 존재 하에 해리시키거나, 또는 먼저 바닥 생성물을 증류시켜 옥시 에스테르를 분리시키고 이 증류물을 (메트)아크릴산과 혼합시키고 (메트)아크릴산과 상이한 산 촉매 존재하에 승온에서 해리시킨다.

Claims (1)

  1. 미반응 출발 화합물 및 생성된 (메트)아크릴 에스테르를 증류시켜 분리해내고 옥시 에스테르를 함유하는 바닥 생성물을 얻는, 에스테르화 촉매 존재 하에서의 알칸올에 의한 (메트)아크릴산의 에스테르화 방법에 있어서, 바닥 생성물을 분리해 내고,
    (a) 바닥 생성물을 (메트)아크릴산과 직접 혼합시키고 바닥 생성물 중에 존재하는 옥시 에스테르를 승온에서 (메트)아크릴산과 상이한 산 촉매 존재 하에 해리시키거나 또는,
    (b) 먼저 바닥 생성물을 증류시켜 옥시 에스테르를 분리시키고, 이 증류물을 (메트)아크릴산과 혼합시켜 승온에서 (메트)아크릴산과 상이한 산 촉매 존재 하에 해리시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 에스테르화 촉매 존재 하에서의 알칸올에 의한 (메트)아크릴산의 에스테르화 방법.
