Abstract

본 발명은 스페어 휠을 자동차에 장착시키는 장치로써, 스페어 휠이 장착되는 홀더(33)와, 상기 홀더(33)에 일단이 연결된 와이어(28)와, 상기 와이어(28)의 타단이 그 일단에 연결된 피스톤 랙(32)과, 상기 피스톤 랙(32)을 왕복 운동시켜 주는 것으로 차량 프레임(30)에 부착되는 스페어 휠 캐리어 프레임(26)에 설치된 실린더(22)와, 상기 피스톤 랙(32)이 스페어 휠(29)을 끌어당길 때 하중을 줄여 주기 위해 실린더(22)의 옆에 소정의 간격을 두고 설치된 스토퍼(34) 사이에 장착된 스프링(23)과, 상기 피스톤 랙(32) 전후진시키기 위해 스위치(21)의 조작에 의해 실린더(22)를 작동시켜 주는 제어 수단(21,24,25,35)으로 구성된다.

Claims (1)

  1. 스페어 휠을 자동차에 장착시키는 장치에 있어서,
    스페어 휠이 장착되는 홀더(33)와,
    상기 홀더(33)에 일단이 연결된 와이어(28)와,
    상기 와이어(28)의 타단이 그 일단에 연결된 피스톤 랙(32)과,
    상기 피스톤 랙(32)을 왕복 운동시켜 주는 것으로 차량 프레임(30)에 부착되는 스페어 휠 캐리어 프레임(26)에 설치된 실린더(22)와,
    상기 피스톤 랙(32)이 스페어 휠(29)을 끌어당길 때 하중을 줄여 주기 위해 실린더(22)의 옆에 소정의 간격을 두고 설치된 스토퍼(34)사이에 장착된 스프링(23)과,
    상기 피스톤 랙(32)을 수동으로 전후진시킬 수 있는 수동 피니언(27)과,
    상기 피스톤 랙(32) 전후진시키기 위해 스위치(21)의 조작에 의해 실린더(22)를 작동시켜 주는 제어 수단(21,24,25,35)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 스페어 휠 캐리어 시스템.
