Abstract

본 발명은 로타리밸브의 밸브바디에 트윈오리피스(TWIN ORIFICE)를 천공하여, 차속에 따른 유압을 전자제어시켜 핸들조타력을 변화시킬 수 있도록 한 유량제어식 전자제어식 전자제어 파워스티어링 장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 로타리밸브의 하우징내부에 180°선상에 바이패스홀이 형성된 압력축과 밸브바디를 상호조립하되, 밸브바디에는 바이패스홀과 직각위치에 트윈오리피스를 천공한 수 차속신호를 감지하는 ECU에 의해 콘트롤할 수 있는 솔레노이드밸브를 설치하여 차속에 따라 공급되는 유압을 충분히 활용하여 조향핸들의 조차력을 변화시켜 중 고속시 안정된 조향감을 창출할 수 있도록 한 것이 그 특징이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 하우징(2) 내부에 입력축(3)과 밸브바디(6)를 결합하여 삽입하되, 입력축(3)과 밸브바디(6)에는 프레셔포트(7)에서 입력된 오일을 동력실린더에 보내어 파워스티어링 할 수 있도록 한 로타리밸브(1)에 있어서 상기 입력축(3)의 좌, 우실린더유입공 사이에는 바이패스홀(4)이 형성된 것과, 프레셔포트(7) 사이의 밸브바디(6)에는 트윈오리피스(9)를 형성한 것과, 상기 트윈오리피스(9)에는 차속신호를 콘트롤하는 ECU(12)와 연결된 솔레노이드밸브(11)를 설치하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유량제어식 전자제어 파워스티어링 장치.
